Code for schools (and home-schoolers)

All applications for Special Group membership can be lodged online. When a pupil applies online to be member of one of the Special Groups we need to have some way of knowing that his/her school has approved his/her application. To do this, schools provide us with a code which pupils enter on their Special Group application; this means that all the pupils from the same school will have the same code on their applications to show that the school has approved them.

Schools with choirs in the Music Festival

When a school applies to enter its choir into the Music Festival, the person applying creates the code to be used by pupils at that school on the application for a Special Group. A large school may want to register a second or further codes and can do so here.

Schools with NO choir in the Music Festival

If a school does not enter a choir in the Music Festival, pupils from that school may still apply to be part of a Special Group. To do so, a teacher or the principal of the school needs to register a code for the school so that this code can be entered on each pupil's application for a Special Group. To do this, register a code here.

Recorders
Home Schoolers

Children who are home schooled may apply to be part of a Special Group. To do so, one of his/her parents needs to register a code so that this code can be entered on the application for a Special Group. To do this, register a code here.

What if you have lost or forgotten your school code?

We are human, so losing or forgetting your school code is going to happen. You can renew or replace your school code here. If possible, this should be done by the person who originally applied for the school's participation.
