Ticket sales to families of Special Group performers
Preferential tickets may be purchased for any of this year's Festival performances by the families of Special Group performers. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact the Festival's Business Manager, Kathy Cowan
Preferential prices:		Adults - $12.00		Preferential prices apply ONLY to tickets purchased through the Festival Business Manager.
		Children not attending High School - $5.00
Tickets purchased through Ticketek will cost Adults - $14.00, Children - $6.00 plus ticketing fee. These tickets will be available from early September.

	Completed Order Form Cheque Stamped & self-addressed envelope		to	Kathy Cowan,   Festival Business Manager,   C.S.M.F.A. Inc.,   P.O. Box 31-235,   Christchurch, 8004.
Cheques are to be made out to CSMFA and crossed Not Transferable.
Payment may also be made by Internet Banking – CSMFA 020820-0023240-00. THE NAME ON THE TICKET ORDER that you post to us must be VERY CLEARLY THE SAME as the name you include on our bank statement details.
Orders received after FRIDAY, 6th AUGUST, 2010 will not be accepted. Special Group orders are processed before the school orders and will receive preferential seats. Orders are processed on a "first in, first served" basis. Tickets will be posted out in your self-addressed envelope as soon as they are processed. If you would rather have seats for the night of your school's massed choir performance only, you may prefer to order your tickets through your school at the same prices. NB. Not all schools have a choir in the Festival - so check it out first. If you require seating for a disabled person, please indicate this on your form. Performers DO NOT require a ticket. Tickets will NOT be available at the Holiday Course. Specific seats in the Gallery may NOT be requested.
